Chair, Investment Officer and Head of Financial Planning
Robert joined ChangePath in November of 2018. As an Investment Officer and the Chair of the Investment Committee, Robert leads the due diligence process for all current and prospective investment managers on the ChangePath platform. As the Head of Financial Planning, he oversees the development of financial plans for clients of the firm, focusing on risk analysis and performance review for their investment portfolios.

Prior to joining ChangePath, Robert was an Associate Client Portfolio Manager for Nuance Investments in Kansas City, Missouri. He has also worked for Ivy Investments (formerly Ivy Funds) in Mission, Kansas, and LaSalle Investment Management based out of Chicago, Illinois. Over the years, Robert has had experience in both sales and analytical roles from an internal and external perspective. These roles have given him the knowledge and expertise that he uses daily to help clients find financial solutions that fit their overall needs and objectives. Robert received a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, where he was also a member of the university’s wrestling team. He obtained his CFA designation in 2018, and he has passed the Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 securities exams

Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and their spaniel/bichon mix, Otis, while also finding as much time as he can to spend with his two young nephews in the Kansas City area. During his spare time, he enjoys golfing and being active, but you can also find him deep in the numbers of fantasy baseball.
